Zuzana Froňková Macáková
Zuzana is an executive trainer and coach as well as an actress and performer. She is also a certified and enthusiastic practitioner of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). This background enables her to find optimum ways how to help develop both individuals and teams.
Prior to her training career, Zuzana was a Human Resource specialist in McKinsey & Co., a top management consulting company, where she managed the recruiting process as well as professional development of over 160 consultants in Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Russia.
She holds a B.A. degree in economics from Anglo-American University, and an M.A. from the Academy of Performing Arts, the department of Authorial Creativity and Pedagogy. She completed a PhD at the above mentioned department, researching the possibilities of using acting techniques in executive education. Besides developing people, Zuzana is passionate about theatre, folk dancing, reiki, hiking in the Romanian mountains and many other things.
