Training
Some examples of what we have constructed together with our clients:
- Over the course of three years, we have worked with a compact team to develop and inspire them. Starting with the Myers-Briggs indicator and problem solving skills (structuring an issue, collaborating with stakeholders, presenting with impact), we moved into negotiation and team management. A series of 7 customized 2-day workshops culminating in a very unusual “boundary breaking” experince has helped the team to both bond and use its potential fully.
- At our client’s request, we combined hard and soft skills and developed a 3.5 day training program on financial analysis and leadership skills. We were able to integrate both parts to enhance each other.
- Recent research shows that sustained change occurs through a series of discoveries – about the ideal self and shared vision, the real self, a learning agenda, experimentation and resonant relationships. In an inspirational setting, we took a small group through two days of exercises about their ideal self, while promoting resonant relationships in a group.
- A one day “boost” in facilitation skills is what the client asked us for. After a discussion about what that means exactly in the client’s context, we put together a very experiential day – learning about facilitation through a series of facilitated meetings.
