Eva is an executive coach, trainer and writer with more than thirty years of international business experience.

She coaches and trains worldwide for Mab Partners as well as for the Ariel Group and other companies. 

Clients appreciate her supportive, open and fun approach.

Before concentrating on leadership development, Eva was, a consultant with McKinsey & Co, an internal auditor with Elf Aquitaine as well as Chef de Cabinet to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, leading large teams through complex projects.

Eva holds a M.A. in International Business from H.E.C., a leading French business school, with a semester in the NYU Stern School of Business MBA program, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Universite Paris-X Nanterre. She completed a 2-years accredited course with the Academy of Executive Coaching to become a Professional Certified Coach. in 2010.

In parallel to her business career, Eva pursues her interest in theatre and arts. She obtained her PhD at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU). In 2023, Eva published a book based on her thesis: “Wild ideas in a safe space. Guidebook for team creativity”. She is also the author of several award-winning radio plays and documentaries, as well as a theatre play.

Eva coaches and trains in Czech, English and French. She shares her time between Prague and London.
