Eva is an executive coach, trainer, and program designer with more than twenty years of international business experience. Eva coaches and trains worldwide for Mab Partners as well as for the Ariel Group. Clients appreciate her supportive, open and fun approach.
Before concentrating on leadership development, Eva was a consultant with McKinsey & Co as well as Chef de Cabinet to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
These days, Eva puts her energy into making documentaries and writing plays, cycling and watching Bollywood movies.
She studied Psychology (B.A.), Business (M.A.) and Theatre (PhD).

Eva is passionate about bringing fun and excitement into the workplace. Ariel Group is a boutique consulting company based in Boston, providing theater based coaching and training. For Ariel, Eva has worked with clients such as American Express, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Royal Bank of Scotland, Oliver Wyman, HSBC, Abbott, Cairn India, Wellington Management, Harvard Business School, Harvard Executive Education, IMD, Duke Executive Education in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Korn Ferry International (KFI) is the world’s largest executive search firm with 80 offices in 40 countries,with a world class Leadership and Talent Consulting branch. For KFI, Eva has worked with clients such as Infosys, Cisco, Coca Cola, Philip Morris, Ingersoll Rand, Tetra Pak or Bekaert, mainly in Europe and Asia.
Prior to her involvement in leadership development, Eva worked in a variety of business roles – as a consultant with McKinsey & Co, she dealt with issues such as business strategy, change management, innovation, post-merger situations, and performance management. She also held roles in the civil service, as a director of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and advisor to the Minister of Defense in the Czech Republic.
Eva holds an M.A. in International Business from H.E.C., a leading French business school, with a semester in the NYU Stern School of Business MBA program, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Universite Paris-X Nanterre. In 2010, she completed a 2-years accredited course with the Academy of Executive Coaching to become a Professional Certified Coach.
In parallel to her business career, Eva pursues her interest in theatre and arts. She is currently enrolled in a PhD program at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU) with a thesis project about developing creative confidence. Eva writes and performs her own short stories. She is an author of radio documentaries “Trinksaifen was home for us” (nominated for Prix Europa 2013), “Back to Europe“, as well as the author of several short radio plays.
Eva coaches and trains in Czech, English and French. She is inspired by Prague where she lives as well as by frequent trips to Asia.
